TL;DR

People Operations Coordinator (HR Operations): Supporting the local People Operations team for the US, Canada, and Brazil regions, focusing on HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance. Focus on overseeing onboarding/offboarding processes, maintaining employee records in HRIS, and responding to benefit-related queries for 700+ employees.

Location: Hybrid in Gurgaon, India. This role will operate on a time shift of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST to cover Americas business needs.

What you will do

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documentation and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Act as the first point of contact from the People Operations team for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the cHRIS (Workday), including job changes and other employee lifecycle updates.
  • Support employee benefits programs by responding to related queries.
  • Manage and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, TA, and other HR stakeholders on various HR projects.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations.
  • Good understanding of US HR Operations, as well as Benefits rules and policies.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday and/or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
