What you will do
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documentation and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Act as the first point of contact from the People Operations team for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in the cHRIS (Workday), including job changes and other employee lifecycle updates.
- Support employee benefits programs by responding to related queries.
- Manage and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, TA, and other HR stakeholders on various HR projects.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations.
- Good understanding of US HR Operations, as well as Benefits rules and policies.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday and/or ServiceNow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
