Focus on automating workflows using AI and tech tools, facilitating work permits, and driving process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Location: Hybrid, must be based in Lithuania
Salary: €3,200 per month

What you will do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with Lithuanian employment laws, EU directives, and internal HR policies.
- Administer and analyze data for performance and reward cycles, implementing salary changes.
- Automate workflows using AI and other tech tools like Google spreadsheets, App Script, and Zapier.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS (HiBob) for data accuracy, workflows, and analytics reporting.
- Handle employee lifecycle information in SODRA and BSS and support work permit processes for expats in Lithuania.
Requirements
- 3+ years in People Operations or HR Shared Services/HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-scaling international company.
- Strong understanding of Lithuanian employment law and local legislation.
- Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob) and data analysis tools like Google Sheets/Excel.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
- Proven ability to operate independently with complex employee lifecycle processes.
- High attention to detail and a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Economics/Statistics/International Business degree.
- Experience in international or multicultural tech companies.
- Familiarity with AI tools in HR or internal automation platforms.
