What you will do
- Act as the primary People Operations contact for the entire employee lifecycle, managing onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws (Lithuanian) and EU directives.
- Participate in performance and reward cycles by administering and analyzing data, and performing remuneration-related operations.
- Analyze, simplify, and automate HR workflows using AI and other tech tools.
- Operate, maintain, and optimize HRIS (HiBob) for data accuracy and analytics reporting.
- Facilitate timely work permit prolongation and new job permits for expat employees in Lithuania.
Requirements
- 3+ years in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or as an HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of Lithuanian employment law and local legislation is required.
- Proven ability to operate independently with complex employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob), dashboards, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
- Must work in a hybrid model from Lithuania, with 3 days per week in the office.
Nice to have
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, or International Business.
- Experience in international or multicultural tech company teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools in HR or automation platforms like App Script or Zapier.
