What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational HR support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities across APJ, Middle East, and EMEA regions.
• Oversee global compliance requirements and training.
• Lead regional culture initiatives in partnership with the Global Culture Committee.
• Support with in-person and remote office events for Singapore and other APJ offices.
• Support Talent Acquisition and Legal teams with local requirements, including immigration.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources managing employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and immigration processes.
• Ability to apply sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format in Singapore.

Nice to have
