What you will do

• Manage key partner-led initiatives across Cloud, Technology/Product, and Services partner routes to market.
• Document and standardize processes that drive operational excellence with Partner Development Managers.
• Manage key metrics and reporting for the partner team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure team deliverables and metrics are on schedule with deadlines and team needs.
• Create a narrative and supporting analysis to influence decisions and outcomes.
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations leadership to formulate and communicate overall go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
• 7+ years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning, operations, and/or partner management.
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business performance.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
