What you will do
- Deliver high-impact, time-based engagements for a large volume of customers across onboarding, adoption, and value stages.
- Oversee mutual onboarding plans, ensuring successful launch of primary workflows within 90 days.
- Monitor customer adoption and respond to account health signals using defined playbooks.
- Conduct value business reviews with customers to quantify value before renewal.
- Accelerate hirify.global AI adoption through workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Identify new opportunities for one-to-many customer programs to drive success and deepen proficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing a large book of business (ideally 150+ accounts) and prioritizing customer needs.
- Proven track record of delivering customer value, managing onboarding, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Ability to distill technical or intricate systems into understandable and actionable insights, empowering clients.
- Strong execution with a deep track record of impact on customer retention, expansion, and adoption metrics.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, creative problem solver, and effective collaborator.

- Bilingual with French and German language skills.
