TL;DR

Senior Account Executive: Selling hirify.global's AI-powered data unification and management platform and services to new and existing enterprise customers with an accent on complex selling and achieving revenue goals. Focus on leveraging extensive experience, consultative selling skills, and long-standing relationships with C-level stakeholders to manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development to closing contractual agreements.

Location: Candidates must be based in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Florida, with a willingness to travel domestically as needed (estimated to be 50%).

Salary: $220,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling hirify.global’s technology and services to new and existing customers.
  • Apply the hirify.global Sales Methodology, MEDDPIC, throughout the entire sales process.
  • Leverage extensive experience, consultative selling skills, and relationships to engage with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Manage all sales activity, including opportunity development, resource allocation, and accurate forecasting, utilizing Salesforce.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic alliance partners and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to successfully close sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle sales experience with at least 5 years in large enterprise software or technology sales.
  • Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or other cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience selling enterprise-scale business applications, including ERP, CRM, analytics, MDM, data quality, or data management technologies.
  • Demonstrated consistent over-achievement of quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions, with $2MM+ quotas.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from business champion to the CxO level in a team selling environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (estimated to be 50%).

Nice to have

  • Cloud Selling Certifications.
  • Industry experience in HLS, FNS, Life Sciences, or B2B2C.
  • Experience working in an ABX Framework.
