What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver omnichannel experience strategies for healthcare clients.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support the creation of journey maps, audience segments, and engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and technology teams to ensure cohesive and customer-centered recommendations.
• Participate in client workshops to capture insights, define opportunities, and shape strategic solutions.
• Create high-quality deliverables including presentations, frameworks, and visual storytelling assets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or consulting, ideally within life sciences or digital strategy.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, CRM systems, or digital engagement concepts.
• Comfort with research, data synthesis, and turning findings into business recommendations.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
