What you will do
- Define and execute upstream strategy for next-generation LINQ ICM solutions, identifying unmet needs and evolving customer expectations.
- Serve as upstream marketing lead and Core Team member for cross-functional product development initiatives, partnering with R&D.
- Conduct rigorous market research, competitive benchmarking, and global opportunity sizing, evaluating new customer segments.
- Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, translating feedback into product requirements and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate extensively with Commercial Marketing, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, and Health Economics teams.
- Monitor advancements in digital health, remote monitoring, and AI-enabled diagnostics, integrating these into the LINQ platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or strategic product planning within the digital health or consumer space.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer or digital health products.
- Strong analytical skills, including market modeling and opportunity valuation.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including domestic and international.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required for the duration of employment.

- Demonstrated success in influencing product strategy through structured market analysis and clinical insight.
- Experience collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams in early-stage product development.
- Background in AI-enabled technologies, digital health solutions, or data-driven product development.
