Salary: $169,500 – $254,500 USD (base salary for US locations)

What you will do
- Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for protocol digitization.
- Design scalable, AI-powered solutions that automate protocol understanding, standardization, and data integration.
- Translate complex sponsor and operational needs into high-impact product capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional execution across multiple product areas, balancing near-term delivery with long-term innovation.
- Establish and track success metrics to measure adoption, data quality, and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise healthcare or life sciences software products.
- Experience building eClinical or clinical research software products for Sponsors.
- Strong understanding of sponsor-side clinical development and operations workflows.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver data-centric or AI-enabled product capabilities.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or equivalent experience).
- Experience with clinical research data standards such as CDISC, FHIR, HL7, and USDM.
- Familiarity with structured protocol data, protocol digitization initiatives, or workflow automation in regulated environments.
- Track record of launching and scaling enterprise healthcare products with measurable adoption outcomes.
