What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate value for potential customers and booking product demonstration webinars and calls.
  • Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections effectively.
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
  • Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (a Nordic language is a huge plus but not essential).
  • 1 year of sales or professional experience.
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales.
  • Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths.
  • Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives.
