Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite in Utrecht, Netherlands)

Salary: €44,000 OTE per year

What you will do

• Reach out to partners in the DACH region via telephone, virtual meetings, and email.
• Pitch the hirify.global platform and schedule introduction calls.
• Onboard partners and ensure they are fully up and running on the platform.
• Drive marketplace growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding partners.
• Be instrumental in increasing the number of partners getting value from the platform.

Requirements

• Ability to work from the Utrecht office at least 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
• Self-motivated with strong career aspirations in sales.
• Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in German (professional level).
• Fluent in English (professional level).
• Passion for building a career in sales.
