What you will do

• Partner with the Product Owner to translate strategic objectives into prioritized product requirements and user stories.
• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Agile development team.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and testers to refine requirements during sprints.
• Support Agile ceremonies like backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and documentation.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and ceremonies.
• Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data structures, APIs, and integration concepts.
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification.
• Domain experience in healthcare.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence requirements.
