Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions with an accent on collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and conducting data analysis. Focus on translating business needs into actionable insights, driving process harmonization, and supporting informed decision-making.

Location: Hybrid setup, 2x onsite per week in BGC, Makati, Philippines

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Partner with technical teams to design solutions and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze business data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, and create reports.
• Drive harmonization of business processes, data models, and system implementations.
• Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and vendors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, specifically in the system or domain to be supported.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to drive harmonized ways of working.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be able to work 2x onsite per week in BGC, Makati, Philippines.
