What you will do

• Lead business and data analysis for FX processes, producing functional specifications and process maps.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev team to prioritize backlog and manage dependencies.
• Support or perform Scrum Master tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and measure impact through KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and effective stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in FX, payments, cash management, or other transactional financial solutions.
• Hands-on experience with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.
• Fluent Spanish.
