What you will do

• Break down large features into smaller user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and ensure successful user acceptance.
• Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability).
• Create visual artifacts like flowcharts and data flow diagrams to improve clarity.
• Map and analyze business processes to identify efficiency improvements and problem resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario development and coordination.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in product-led, agile environments.
• Solid understanding of card payment processes, including transaction lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud monitoring.
• Experience working with Product Owners on prioritization and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience modeling business processes using diagrams, flowcharts, or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and multiple squads.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on global payment platforms or prepaid card products.
• Experience improving operational processes within fintech or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with system automation initiatives in payments or transaction-heavy platforms.
