What you will do

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to manage Order to Cash (OTC) areas including Billing, eInvoicing, and Credit Management.
• Lead small projects or act as a Subject Matter Expert for OTC processes.
• Document business processes, user needs, ROI, and stakeholder requirements.
• Create opportunity statements and use cases to support solution design and prioritization.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog of epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT delivery teams to align product roadmap and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
• Experience in global or offshore/onshore implementation environments.
• Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals, ideally with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards (e.g., Peppol Exchange).
• Experience collaborating with outsourced support partners for system and business services.

• Agile Scrum Master experience.
