Business Analyst (Travel/E-commerce)

What you will do

• Write detailed, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence.
• Lead and participate in story refinement sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product Managers to analyze business problems and break down features into deliverable stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure requirements are testable and clearly understood.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a clean and prioritized product backlog for efficient value delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a tech or software development environment.
• Proven experience writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex business needs.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the travel and/or loyalty-as-a-service industries.
• Knowledge of the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard.
