What you will do
- Write detailed, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence.
- Lead and participate in story refinement sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product Managers to analyze business problems and break down features into deliverable stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure requirements are testable and clearly understood.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain a clean and prioritized product backlog for efficient value delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a tech or software development environment.
- Proven experience writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex business needs.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the travel and/or loyalty-as-a-service industries.
- Knowledge of the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard.
