- Lead, grow, and inspire a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to overachieve on their goals.

- Drive ongoing learning of continuous innovation delivered via data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
- Actively participate in the region’s growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy, and build a customer-focused business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers.
- Experience within the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, and AI spaces.
- History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.
- Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.
- Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success.
- Proven track record of leading teams to success when focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption.

- Strong Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
