TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Sales (Communications): Leading and inspiring a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales quotas and grow hirify.global usage with an accent on driving measurable business value and customer outcomes. Focus on developing trust-based relationships, fostering continuous learning of GenAI solutions, and contributing to regional growth plans.

Location: Remote work, with a preference for candidates based in Texas, San Francisco, Seattle, Colorado, or the West Coast (US). Other US locations will be considered.

Salary: $443,400–$609,750 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, grow, and inspire a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to overachieve on their goals.
  • Instill a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Drive ongoing learning of continuous innovation delivered via data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
  • Actively participate in the region’s growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy, and build a customer-focused business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers.
  • Experience within the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, and AI spaces.
  • History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.
  • Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.
  • Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success when focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption.

Nice to have

  • Strong Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
