What you will do

• Lead and manage complex customer projects for successful deployment and adoption.
• Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, timelines, ROI, and issues to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Product Management).
• Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents align with corporate goals.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of engagement.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing customer-facing implementation projects in a technology organization.
• Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams.
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience handling escalations at all levels.
• Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Nice to have

• Understanding of technology related to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
