TL;DR

Senior Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing): Building and optimizing performance-first creative strategies for a fast-scaling international ecommerce business with an accent on driving acquisition impact and lowering CAC. Focus on developing high-velocity, insight-led testing engines across Meta and managing end-to-end creative production leveraging AI and data.

Location: Largely remote from the UK with travel required to Scotland HQ

What you will do

  • Build a high-velocity, insight-led testing engine across Meta to drive acquisition.
  • Partner with Paid Social to identify and scale winning creative while optimizing CAC.
  • Translate customer insights into strong hooks and scroll-stopping concepts.
  • Manage creative production end-to-end, including briefing, scripting, creator direction, and QA.
  • Leverage AI and creative intelligence tools to enhance throughput and insights.
  • Distill complex propositions into high-converting creative for paid social.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-growth D2C environment with performance creative at scale.
  • Comfortable being accountable for acquisition impact and seeing creative as a commercial lever.
  • Thrives in high-output environments, preferring "ship and learn" over prolonged perfectionism.
  • A digital native understanding Meta's behavior, including fatigue, creative diversity, and scaling dynamics.
  • Confidence in owning creative angles and hypotheses, partnering closely with Paid Social.
  • Proficiency in performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and using data to defend decisions.
