What you will do
- Build and optimize multi-channel, full-funnel marketing systems.
- Identify and implement AI-driven optimizations and automations to increase output quality and efficiency.
- Lead performance strategy focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPL, and conversion rate uplift.
- Drive creative testing, funnel optimization, and data-backed decision-making.
- Execute tasks at a top-1% level in a deep specialization (Copywriting, Funnels, Design, Media Buying, or Video).
- Present strategic recommendations and performance reviews to leadership and clients.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of proven experience in a marketing specialization.
- Deep mastery in one area: Direct Response Copywriting, Funnel Building (Framer/Webflow), Graphic Design, Media Buying, or Video Editing.
- Near-native English proficiency (C2).
- Ability to work remotely worldwide or relocate to Dubai.
- Proficiency with AI tools and automation (Zapier, n8n, etc.) to amplify productivity.
- High level of ownership and ability to deliver results under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience managing large-scale monthly budgets ($100k–$500k).
- Expertise in prompt engineering and AI-assisted copywriting/design workflows.
