Focus on advising partners on product and business strategy within the rapidly evolving crypto market and advocating for partners internally.

Location: Hybrid (US-based role with required in-person participation multiple times annually for team and company-wide offsites)

Salary: $195,670—$230,200 USD

What you will do

• Originate new partnerships with fintechs, banks, and PSPs.
• Manage the deal lifecycle from diligence through post-close success.
• Handle senior stakeholders across our partners.
• Advise partners on product and business strategy.
• Work with hirify.global’s leadership team and cross-functional teams supporting CaaS.
• Advocate for partners within hirify.global and shape product strategy to help partners succeed.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience selling into PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• A proven track record of deal closing and revenue generation.
• Complex problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mentality.
• Extremely strong communication skills and high EQ.
• Ability to navigate technical product and crypto concepts.
• Critical understanding of the current state of the crypto market and the intersection of payments and crypto.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in crypto.
• Direct experience working at a fintech, bank, or PSP.
