What you will do
- Drive sales to meet individual and team quotas and support company business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive-level stakeholders at key accounts.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies for new client acquisition and expansion with existing clients.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with clients to understand their needs and connect them with hirify.global's solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business units to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in financial services or technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Clear communication with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or SaaS sales.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles.
