TL;DR

Specialist - Sales Account Management (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and building client relationships across a portfolio of accounts with an accent on identifying market opportunities and expanding business with existing clients. Location: This position will be located in New York City, New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.

Salary: $88,000–$154,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive sales to meet individual and team quotas and support company business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive-level stakeholders at key accounts.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies for new client acquisition and expansion with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with clients to understand their needs and connect them with hirify.global's solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business units to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in financial services or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Clear communication with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles.
