Base Salary: €27.750 – €46.250 EUR

What you will do
- Build and execute a Territory Success Plan to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
- Develop high-level relationships with contacts in basketball federations, leagues, and teams.
- Manage and forecast revenue weekly using Salesforce.
- Gather and share market feedback and competitive insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience or 5+ years working in the basketball industry.
- Skilled in negotiation, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.
- Eagerness to learn and identify and overcome shortfalls.
- Must live within commuting distance of the Barcelona office and attend 3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Instat, hirify.global Sportscode, or general video analysis.
- Training in sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDIC.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to visit clients.
