What you will do
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly regional marketing plans aligned with global objectives and revenue targets.
- Partner with Regional Sales leadership on territory planning, ICP prioritization, and account segmentation.
- Own regional marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets through integrated, multi-channel programs.
- Design and deliver impactful field programs (virtual and in-person) and activate regional partner initiatives.
- Localize messaging and proof points for UKI & Nordics markets and provide structured market feedback to global teams.
- Manage regional marketing budget allocation, investment prioritization, and continuously optimize based on performance data.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong background in field marketing, regional demand generation, or integrated campaign leadership.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline growth within a defined geography.
- Experience working closely with enterprise Sales teams.
- Commercially minded and performance-oriented.
- Confident stakeholder communicator with cross-functional influence.
- Fluent English required.
