What you will do

• Build and manage paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn.
• Own day-to-day optimization including budgets, bidding, targeting, and audiences.
• Improve conversion performance through better landing pages and end-to-end journeys.
• Run structured tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages.
• Partner with CRM to ensure leads are captured, tracked, and nurtured correctly.
• Support AI search and review platform visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering performance outcomes, ideally in B2B lead generation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Track record improving lead volume, lead quality, and cost per lead.
• Confidence in both platforms and strategy.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimization routines with discipline.
• Interest in how review platforms and AI responses influence buying behavior.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
