What you will do

• Define and execute growth strategies for the Trading Cards category.
• Own the P&L, driving revenue and margin through clear commercial decisions.
• Transform data into actionable insights across pricing, supply, and marketing.
• Anticipate hype cycles, demand shifts, and market trends.
• Build structure in a fast-scaling environment.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Trading Card Experts.

Requirements

• Experience in consumer goods markets with a strong grasp of market dynamics.
• Proven experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Relentless commercial drive and entrepreneurial energy.
• Ability to create structure while scaling fast.
• Confidence influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical instincts for data-backed decision making.
