What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to align the product roadmap.
• Manage product requirements, prioritize features, and develop detailed user stories.
• Coordinate across the product lifecycle, supporting engineering and QA teams.
• Create business and functional product documentation, user guides, and release toolkits.
• Provide continuous guidance and assistance to customers to foster product engagement.
• Understand and influence the vision for Draw Game Management products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business systems analysis, product ownership, or a related field.
• A degree in computer science/software engineering or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade B2B products and tools like Jira or Polarion-X.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end transaction processing systems (lottery, banking, fintech).
• Strong English-language verbal and written skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and work across multiple time zones.
