What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of Portfolio Data Analysts in Poland, acting as a player/coach.
• Develop process controls and metrics to ensure quality standards and organizational expectations are met.
• Integrate portfolio data from external financial providers into the platform.
• Write technical requirements for transforming raw data into functional content using existing data models.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and data operations to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Identify and drive innovative opportunities to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in data analysis and product management within the finance domain.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to define technical implementations and a strong understanding of data modeling.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing technical requirements documents.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Poland from the first day of employment.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, VBA, or Excel.
• Experience with common financial services systems and applications.
