What you will do

• Lead the Financial Analytics team to deliver automated reporting for Trading, Compliance, AML, and Finance
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities to reduce manual workload
• Ensure accurate and auditable outputs meet all regulatory deadlines
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams on system integration
• Own the reporting automation roadmap to increase reliability and scalability
• Align data pipelines and reporting processes with source system changes and new product launches

Requirements

• Senior experience in data or analytics leadership within financial services or fintech
• Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading workflows
• Strong knowledge of AML and Compliance reporting frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
