Location: Office hybrid working pattern therefore should be commutable to London

What you will do
- Design and develop learning assets and experiences across a range of formats, including digital, virtual-live, blended, and self-directed learning.
- Create engaging learning materials such as videos, slides, learning guides, job aids, and Wire pages.
- Support the delivery and coordination of virtual-live learning experiences, including session setup, logistics, learner communications, and post-session resources.
- Use learning technologies (GenAI based) and platforms to enable scale, accessibility, and engagement.
- Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback, iterating on content, and identifying opportunities to enhance learning impact.
- Work collaboratively with the wider People Team to support hirify.global’s Evolved Learning culture.
Requirements
- Up to 4 years of relevant experience in learning & development, talent development, or a related field.
- Strong learning design instincts, with an eye for both instructional and visual quality.
- Experience supporting or delivering digital and/or virtual-live learning experiences.
- Comfort using modern GenAI learning and content creation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Global mindset, comfortable working globally and asynchronously across time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a global or distributed environment is a plus.
