Senior Learning & Growth Specialist (Edtech): Designs and develops engaging, high-quality learning experiences for FlyMates worldwide, supporting programs across onboarding, people management, mentoring and functional capability development with an accent on learning and visual design instincts. Focus on creating practical, scalable, and aligned learning assets/experiences using modern GenAI based learning technologies.

Location: Office hybrid working pattern therefore should be commutable to London

What you will do

• Design and develop learning assets and experiences across a range of formats, including digital, virtual-live, blended, and self-directed learning.
• Create engaging learning materials such as videos, slides, learning guides, job aids, and Wire pages.
• Support the delivery and coordination of virtual-live learning experiences, including session setup, logistics, learner communications, and post-session resources.
• Use learning technologies (GenAI based) and platforms to enable scale, accessibility, and engagement.
• Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback, iterating on content, and identifying opportunities to enhance learning impact.
• Work collaboratively with the wider People Team to support hirify.global’s Evolved Learning culture.

Requirements

• Up to 4 years of relevant experience in learning & development, talent development, or a related field.
• Strong learning design instincts, with an eye for both instructional and visual quality.
• Experience supporting or delivering digital and/or virtual-live learning experiences.
• Comfort using modern GenAI learning and content creation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Global mindset, comfortable working globally and asynchronously across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a global or distributed environment is a plus.
