Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling high-performing sales teams in fast-growing organizations.
- Deep understanding of modern sales techniques and complex sales organizations.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven industries.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
