What you will do

• Research, prototype, and design user experiences based on provided product requirements.
• Produce design deliverables such as mock-ups, prototypes, design assets, and documentation.
• Conceptualize and design experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Participate in design feedback and critiques.
• Translate and deliver designs for engineering implementation.
• Collaborate with user researchers, product managers, and engineers on design solutions and alternatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience and high-level proficiency in visual design (layout, color, typography, interaction).
• Ability to clearly present and articulate design decisions, participate in peer critiques, and incorporate feedback.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools for user interface design and prototyping.
• Ability to execute on work assignments using established design processes and follow defined design guidelines.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
