Product Designer (Reporting)

Product Designer (Reporting): Designing and owning the reporting experience for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on translating complex data into simple, actionable interfaces. Focus on synthesizing user research and leveraging AI-native prototyping tools to accelerate the path from idea to shipped product.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona or London). Must be based within commuting distance of the hubs. Relocation assistance may be available for certain roles.

What you will do

• Own the experience, quality, and vision for the Reporting product.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate complex data into simple, considered experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to translate customer insights into intuitive interfaces.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Claude and Cursor to explore interaction patterns and accelerate decision-making.
• Champion the user within cross-functional triads and contribute to a culture of high craft.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends to integrate AI-native ways of working into the design process.

Requirements

• Experience designing data-heavy or analytics products, balancing big-picture thinking with detail-oriented craft.
• Fluency in using qualitative and quantitative signals to validate design decisions and measure impact.
• Ability to influence product direction and collaborate with large cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with modern prototyping tools (Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code), Figma, and Git.
• English: Official office language; resume must be submitted in English.
• Strong passion for AI, demonstrated through hands-on building or prototyping.
