What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experience and vision for the Reporting product, translating complex data into simple, actionable interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive high-velocity execution and maintain high craft standards.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to identify customer pain points and translate insights into intuitive experiences.
• Rapidly prototype interaction patterns using AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate decision-making.
• Stay current on AI trends to implement AI-native design patterns and push the design practice forward.

Requirements

• Experience designing data-heavy or analytics-driven products.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis using qualitative and quantitative signals to validate design decisions.
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools (Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and design tools like Figma.
• Ability to influence product direction and communicate design rationale to senior stakeholders.
• English: Official language of the office; resume must be submitted in English.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona.
