What you will do

• Develop and implement a holistic recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and selection procedures to ensure qualified candidates are hired.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and technical departments to understand requirements and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, and educational institutions.
• Conduct employer branding activities and analyze recruitment metrics for effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in human resources management, business administration, or a relevant field.
• Several years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or HR Business Partner in structured international companies.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, structured interviews, and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Very good knowledge of English, German and Italian.
