Talent Acquisition Specialist (E-Mobility)

Develops innovative charging infrastructure and other technology solutions for sustainable mobility from locations in South Tyrol, Italy, Germany, and the USA.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a holistic recruitment strategy to attract qualified talent.
• Conduct interviews and selection procedures.
• Source and engage candidates through social media, job boards, professional networks, and educational institutions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and technical departments to define hiring needs and optimize the application process.
• Build talent pools and strengthen relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
• Lead employer branding activities and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in human resources management, business administration, or a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR business partnering, or a similar role in a structured international company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, recruitment tools, structured interviews, and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of job posting platforms and professional social media, including LinkedIn.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of English, German, and Italian required.

• Total compensation for Italy starts at €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement.
