What you will do
- Proactively develop and manage business relationships at store level to achieve mutual opportunities.
- Accurately manage accounts to deliver performance objectives, including training and maximizing TFS and DCC business.
- Analyze business statistics, present findings, discuss insights, and implement action plans.
- Conduct store visits in line with the company segmentation model.
- Improve merchant knowledge and expertise by providing product instructions and trainings.
- Ensure optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities.
Requirements
- Experience in business relationship management and account management.
- Skills in business statistics analysis and presentation.
- Knowledge of in-store promotional plans and activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to document merchant-specific information in CRM.
