What you will do
- Own the quota for SMB sales in the assigned territory, driving opportunity creation, deal progression, and closure of new business through partners and MSPs.
- Run a full partner-focused sales process from prospecting, recruitment, and enablement to ensuring partner-led deal closure within the SMB segment.
- Collaborate with business development teams to support the execution of SMB targeted programs and ensure partner success.
- Own the sales excellence in forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM tool opportunity management tied to the SMB quota.
- Execute upon go-to-market strategy to identify incremental pipeline gains within whitespace accounts, focusing on the recruitment of strategic channel partners and MSPs.
- Become an insider within the cybersecurity industry and become an expert of hirify.global products.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or relevant training and/or professional experience is preferred.
- 1+ years cold calling into greenfield accounts, particularly in Tech, SaaS, or Security.
- Passion and eyes set on learning a new sales methodology and running opportunities from discovery to close.
- Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Ideally the candidate may have 1-2 years experience working in a channel ecosystem Role previously.
