What you will do
- Manage daily operations of the Warsaw office, including supplies, vendors, and equipment.
- Support recruitment efforts, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and maintain employee records.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Coordinate team events, client meetings, and training sessions to foster employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in office management, executive support, or HR coordination.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, or similar tools.
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment.
