What you will do

• Educate financial institutions on hirify.global's offerings and translate the value proposition to meet partner's needs.
• Sign partnership agreements and create comprehensive go-to-market plans for commercial success.
• Drive revenue by generating client referrals from partnered institutions.
• Identify and build relationships with stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Become an expert in hirify.global’s product, features, and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of work experience with 3 years in Business Development/Partnerships, Sales, Partnership Management, or Partner Sales.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• History as a top performer, exceeding targets and quotas.
• Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Bias for action and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Background in Financial Services, Payments, or Lending.
• Background in Investing, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
