What you will do

• Identify and build partnerships with new clients and candidates.
• Support clients and candidates through the recruitment process.
• Source new candidates and conduct thorough interviews using the CRM database system.
• Handle the full recruitment process from shortlisting to offering the successful candidate their new job.
• Support candidates through the on-boarding process.

Requirements

• Sales-driven with recruitment consultant experience.
• Experience in developing and nurturing relationships within both large and small organizations.
• Proven ability to meet and beat sales targets.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
