What you will do
- Create polished, dev-ready Figma design deliverables for end-to-end user experiences.
- Own assigned product features and user flows, translating requirements into intuitive visual design deliverables.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to iterate on designs and advocate for the best user experience.
- Accelerate design tasks by leveraging modern AI-assisted tools for automation and rapid prototyping.
- Actively use and contribute to the hirify.global Design System, ensuring visual consistency.
- Participate in design reviews and critiques to elevate the team’s overall output.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing shipped work in consumer or B2B software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated high-fidelity mastery in typography, grid systems, and layout, translating complex requirements into production-ready Figma files.
- Ability to work within an established design system and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Advanced expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables) for high-fidelity prototyping.
- Solid understanding of how designs are implemented in code (HTML/CSS/React basics).
Nice to have
- Prior experience designing for merchant dashboards, checkout flows, or post-purchase experiences.
- Experience managing or evolving a shared component library in Figma.
- Understanding of financial transactions, fraud prevention, or insurance tech.
