What you will do

  • Build and own multi-channel campaign strategies across email, paid, social, web, events, and outbound sequences.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance to uncover actionable insights, optimize creative and targeting strategies, and forecast future campaign opportunities to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute targeted nurture programs that convert leads to opportunities, improving funnel performance at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Own reporting and analytics for campaigns, providing granular performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives and align strategies with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sendoso) and CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign needs, including inventory management for physical campaigns.
  • Experience in direct mail programs, including vendor management and testing creative strategies.
