What you will do
- Design, build, and run account-based campaigns to generate pipeline across public and private sectors.
- Own the ABM campaign playbook and execute 1:1 and executive-level ABM plays.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to scale ABM.
- Manage vendor/tool relationships and campaign performance to increase engagement and influence pipeline.
- Adapt ABM tactics by sector (public vs. private) and integrate customer advocacy into strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including 2+ years leading ABM programs at scale.
- Deep expertise in ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense), marketing automation (Marketo/Pardot), and CRM (Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and data fluency, with proven ability to align cross-functional teams around measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Operational discipline in campaign brief development, structured kickoffs, reporting, and vendor management.
- Exceptional written and executive communication skills, including building executive briefs and ROI narratives.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement or private sector security, retail, or property workflows.
- Hands-on experience orchestrating multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, direct mail, events, sales outreach).
