Location: Hybrid, requiring in-office collaboration for 10+ days a month.

What you will do

  • Design and implement AI-powered demand generation systems using tools like Clay, Claude, and Jasper.
  • Build automated enrichment and research systems to uncover unique market signals ("GTM alpha").
  • Create dynamic segmentation models and AI-augmented lead scoring models.
  • Drive revenue by partnering with Marketing Operations to implement automation logic and predict next-best actions.
  • Optimize paid media through AI-powered audience insights, targeting strategies, and personalization.
  • Build feedback loops for AI learning systems to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience with demonstrated focus on AI and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms for marketing applications.
  • Proficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment and automation platforms.
  • Experience building workflow automation logic and system architecture.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, especially in complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial technology marketing experience.
  • Experience marketing to CFOs, finance executives, or technical decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how marketing systems connect (architectural knowledge).
  • Track record of experimentation and discovering competitive advantages through unique market signals.
