Marketing Specialist (SaaS): Designing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer growth, adoption, and long-term value within an existing customer base with an accent on orchestrating thoughtful, data-driven multi-channel programs. Focus on leading targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns that feel personalized and aligned to each customer’s evolving needs.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Office attendance required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: CAD 64,000–CAD 79,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and product adoption for existing customers.
  • Identify and prioritize customer segments using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data.
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to develop and localize campaign assets.
  • Execute and manage campaigns across email, in-product messaging, and webinars.
  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Success for 1:few closing events.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software/SaaS marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or customer marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B SaaS campaigns for mid-market businesses.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and project management software (Salesforce, Asana, Marketo).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with lifecycle, retention or customer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight and Pendo.
