Location: 100% Remote (must be in US)

Salary: $145,000 - $155,000

What you will do

  • Collaborate with management to define ideal partner profiles and conduct research to identify, qualify, and secure potential partners.
  • Develop a compelling business proposition and create joint business plans, including sales targets, with qualified partners.
  • Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines, perform win/loss analyses, and formulate account penetration strategies.
  • Drive the onboarding and activation of new partners, focusing on enabling their teams to sell, market, deploy, and support the hirify.global offering.
  • Develop annual joint business plans with top-performing and high-potential partners and review progress through quarterly business reviews.
  • Provide internal functions with feedback on tools and programs based on partner and market insights.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in channel or partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of payments partner ecosystem and GTM models.
  • Track record of building successful joint revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams.
  • Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Project Management & Organizational Excellence.
  • Proficiency in Tracking & Documentation Tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills.
  • Willingness to Travel.

  • Payments Industry Background.
  • Sales Enablement or Partner Marketing Exposure.
  • Strong background working in the credit union space.
