Salary: $77,600–$144,200/yr; additionally, this position is eligible for variable commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual performance.

What you will do
- Generate net-new business opportunities with current clients, leveraging company expertise and industry knowledge.
- Schedule and present hirify.global products and services to current clients with 500 or more employees.
- Prepare and present proposals, ensuring appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Build executive-level relationships with clients to drive new feature adoption rates.
- Work directly with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions for clients adding additional functionality.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for your assigned territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
- Ability to generate net-new current client business opportunities.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle objections and unexpected situations.
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
- Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.
