• Drive the linguistic strategy and making key language decisions to ensure outstanding quality of all German user-facing content.
• Oversee translation, review, and quality assurance of content, safeguarding alignment with hirify.global's brand voice and style in German.
• Manage and update hirify.global's German glossary and style guide, creating a consistent linguistic approach across all localized content.
• Act as the primary contact during German language emergency communication processing, ensuring real-time and accurate responses.
• Monitor the success of language quality initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement strategies for the German language program.
• Advocate for the interests of German-speaking markets within hirify.global, aligning the German language localization strategy with wider business objectives.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
• Have a minimum of 3+ years experience in the localization industry, particularly in localization or language program management.
• Technically proficient in working various translations management systems and best practices.
• A team player with outstanding communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships.
