Founder's Associate Intern (AI)

Location: Berlin Office; attendance at the Berlin HQ at least 3 times a week is required

What you will do

• Support the Chief of Staff and the CEO’s office with strategic and operational initiatives.
• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategically important projects.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights for decision-making.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work from the Berlin HQ at least 3 times a week.
