Focus on participating in strategy development, assisting in high-strategic project execution, and conducting research for decision-making.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany), requiring at least 3 days a week in the Berlin HQ.

What you will do

• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to developing business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects of high strategic importance.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
• Support day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management or related fields.
• Ability to work from our Berlin HQ at least 3 times a week.
• 1-2 years experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, high-growth startup).
• Strong organizational & prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
