What you will do

• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to business planning.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic high-priority projects.
• Conduct research and analyze data to drive executive decision-making.
• Support daily operational workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Current or recent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or related fields.
• Ability to work from the Berlin HQ at least 3 times a week.
• 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced environments like strategy consulting, VC, or startups.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English and German communication skills.
